Major Electronix has broadened it’s Automation Product offering by 
adding the FPF range of Fandis fan filters and exhaust filters. The products are very competitively priced and the full range of fan filters comprises 10 basic models, which deliver free airflows from 23 to 650 m3/h (13 to 380 cfm). Physical sizes are 105 x 105, 204 x 204, 250 x 250 and 325 x 325 mm. Standard voltage is 24 V d.c. & 115 , 230 V a.c. Fan motors have long lasting shielded ball bearings. Installation is quick and easy as only a square cutout is required and the fan-filter then simply clips in. In applications where vibration is a problem it is possible to secure the units with screws. The range is supplemented by matching exhaust/inlet filter grilles. Filter media is self-extinguishing and washable. Standard airflow is from outside into the enclosure (this keeps the enclosure at positive pressure) but extractor fans setups can be ordered. Major Electronix will offer additional Fandis products in the coming months.
